Scale point: 5 - Points 12-17: £24,496 - £26,845 (Pay award pending)

Term time - Permanent - 37 Hours per week, All year round

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dynamic colleague to be part of our IT department. The successful candidate will get involved in wide variety of different duties, acting as first point of escalation for any IT issues.
Working alongside external ICT support, under the direction of the School Business Manager, you will support the academy in business-as-usual IT support activities along with the being responsible for the build and deployment of new technology, continually upgrading and refreshing devices and improving their IT environment.
We are looking to appoint a talented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service and a desire to grow their career in IT.
